OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE COORDINATOR
Must be an Illinois licensed LPN or RN. CPR required within 90 days of hire. Occupational Medicine experience and/or training required. Other healthcare licenses would be considered.

- Position Summary: Coordinates the day-to-day activities of Occupational Medicine Program. Schedules appointments. Perform drug testing of clients and individuals per policy. Performs "non physician order" procedures including audiograms and BAT. Posts and review charges. Performs patient education regarding physician orders such as job restrictions, medical procedures, and medical follow-up. Maintain records required by law, policy and regulations.
